What Dog Doesn’t Love a Massage?

A massage feels great but it also has many benefits for both the giver and receiver. Massaging lowers blood pressure, increases circulation and reduces stress for both you and your dog! It’s a great bonding experience and your dog will be so happy and grateful to relax and have his achy muscles soothed.
The simple combination of a quick massage with your fingers and a gentle brushing in rhythmic motions will do the trick. Start with a light massage using your finger tips to reach the tired muscles. Target specific areas, including the shoulders, neck and haunches and follow with a light brushing with the BendiBrush. Use the rounded tip bristles to glide across the body to stimulate the blood flow.
A massage is a wonderful way to bond with your pet, but also to learn and understand his body including where the sore tight muscles are and to monitor the skin. It’s a rewarding and relaxing daily activity for you and your older dog to sooth the aches and pains. It's also a wonderful way to get your dog ready for that long hike, play at the dog run or as a soothing reward when you get back home. The reassurance of the touch is a also a great way to calm the nervous dog during a thunderstorm or other unsettling event.

No matter what, a massage will make both you and your dog relaxed and happy!
